Friendly staff made it worthwhile

The hotel provided excellent service, with helpful staff eager to assist. Breakfast featured plenty of delicious options, and the location was a short stroll to the gondola.

The room felt a bit dated, with some areas needing refurbishment.

Greatly enjoyed particularly nice and fine breakfasts.

The hotel was fairly clean and had very, very nice and enthusiastic staff who believes in good customer service. The room was reasonably large and practical with a beautiful view, stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great and fab in the town centre. Plus, it was just off shops as well as Mont Blanc...

burnt breakfast

The room was so tiny, i could barely fit my luggage, and the beds were just put together singles, how charming. The breakfast was a total disaster with burnt croissants-i expected at least a pleasant morning start. Woudl ve been great to get a room upgrade, but obviously, that's too much to ask.

No reason to complain, I had a quite comfortable stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The staff were very very helpful, their services were impeccable. The location was perfect and convenient, around 10-15 minutes walk from Ski In. The bus stop was 400 metres away.
